ADVERTISING SPACE PAUL ROOS CENTRE

This project has already resulted in a large number of advertising boards being erected.  Many companies have seen the advantages of being associated with such a prestigious and tradition-rich institution such as Paul Roos Gymnasium.

Since we believe your service to the community is of superior quality we hereby offer you the opportunity to acquire one of 24 exclusive advertising spaces at the Paul Roos Centre.  We would be proud to advertise and support your business.

Your business would be exposed to a large number of select people on a daily basis and during prestigious sport events.  On Sundays only 3000 people visits the centre!  The centre is fully booked for the rest of the year; about 200 000 people form outside.  This include bookings for the American Express Food and Wine Festival , year-end functions of companies, Expo’s, international and national congresses, matric farewells and many more.

The particulars concerning the erection of an advertising board are as follows:

Advertising board (1850 mm x 925 mm)

COST

R5750, 00 (VAT inclusive) for the purchase of advertising rights at PRG, including the first  year’s annual rate.
The cost of the advertising board, printing and erection is for your account.  You can  make use of your own supplier or contact us for the details of our suppliers.
R1890, 00 (VAT inclusive) annual rates thereafter which will increase by 8% per year.

ADMINISTRATION

The payment and hand in of the contract can be done at the Marketing Office.
The maintenance and replacement of the board remain your responsibility.

This is a special offer.  You will rarely find a cheaper yet more effective way to advertise your business AND make a contribution towards sport and education in Paul Roos Gymnasuim and the community.

ADVERTENSIESPASIE LANGS SPORTVELDE (MARKÖTTER-SPORTTERREIN)

Ons gaan voort met hierdie projek met die hoop dat die skool en besigheidsektor ‘n nog hegter vennootskap sal vorm.  Ons bied u dus ‘n unieke geleentheid om ‘n verbintenis met ‘n tradisie- en prestigeryke opvoedkundige instelling te vorm.

Aangesien u diens aan die betrokke gemeenskap van hoogstaande kwaliteit is, neem ons hiermee die vrymoedigheid om u die geleentheid te bied om ‘n advertensiespasie by ons rugby- en/of krieket-/hokkievelde te bekom.  Ons sal met trots u besigheid adverteer en ondersteun.

Die feit dat u geweldig baie blootstelling sal kry op ‘n daaglikse basis en tydens uitsoek sportbyeenkomste is verseker.  Tydens die Grey-naweek alleen besoek ongeveer 10 000 mense ons sportvelde!  Die velde word ook gebruik deur Laerskole, die Universiteit van Stellenbosch en vir die Wynland Marathon.  Ongeveer 30 000 mense maak gebruik van die funksie fasiliteite gedurende die jaar.

Die besonderhede verbonde aan die oprigting van ‘n advertensiebord is as volg:

SPESIFIKASIES

Advertensiebord (1,85m x 925mm) gemaak van “Chromodek” materiaal.  Die bord bly u eiendom en kan verwyder word indien en wanneer u so verkies.

KOSTE

R2200,00 (BTW ingesluit) vir die koop van advertensieregte by PRG, ingesluit die eerste  jaar se heffing.
Die koste van die advertensiebord, drukwerk en oprigting is vir u eie rekening.  U kan u  eie verskaffer gebruik of ons skakel vir ons verskaffers se inligting.
R1000,00 (BTW ingesluit) jaarlikse heffing daarna wat jaarliks gehef sal word.  Die bedrag  sal met 8% per jaar aangepas word.

ADMINISTRASIE

Die betaling en inhandiging van die kontrak kan by die Bemarkingskantoor afgehandel  word.
U sal ook ‘n redelike keuse hê ten opsigte van waar u advertensiebord opgerig word.
Die instandhouding en vervanging van die bord bly u verantwoordelikheid.

Hierdie is ‘n spesiale opsie.  U sal beswaarlik ‘n goedkoper manier kry om u besigheid te adverteer EN ‘n belegging te maak ten opsigte van sport en opvoeding in Paul Roos Gimnasium en die gemeenskap.
