BEURSE | VRYSTELLING VAN SKOOLGELDOuers wat wil aansoek doen vir die vrystelling van betaling van skoolgeld vir ’n spesifieke leerder moet jaarliks skriftelik aansoek doen. Die vorms is by die administratiewe kantoor beskikbaar en moet vóór 15 Februarie van die betrokke jaar, met die stawende dokumentasie ingehandig word. Nadat die inligting verwerk is, sal die ouer skriftelik van die bevinding in kennis gestel word. Indien nodig, mag verdere inligting deur die skool aangevra word.
In samewerking met die Universiteit van Stellenbosch word verskeie beurse vir matrikulante en oud-skoliere van die skool aangebied. (Sien asseblief die Universiteit se jaarboek).
'n Rhodes Beurs vir studie aan Oxford Universiteit word jaarliks aan 'n oud-skolier toegeken. Aansoekers moes ten minste 'n eerste graad verwerf het en jonger as 25 jaar oud wees as hy by Oxford aanland op 1 Oktober van ’n spesifieke jaar. Die sluitingsdatum vir aansoeke is 15 Augustus van die voorafgaande jaar.
BURSARIES | EXEMPTION OF SCHOOL FEES
Applications for an exemption from school fees for a specific learner have to be made annually in writing. The relevant forms are available from the administration office and have to be completed before 15 February of the year for which exemption is requested, and returned along with the necessary documentation. Following the processing of the application, parents will be informed in writing of the result. In the event that further information is required, the school may issue such a request to parents.
The University of Stellenbosch, in conjunction with the school, offers a variety of bursaries for old boys and matriculants of the school.See the Yearbook of the University.
Annually, a Rhodes Scholarship is awarded to a past learner of the school for study at Oxford University. Applicants should at least be in possession of a first degree and should be younger than 25 when they arrive at Oxford on 1 October of the year after their selection. The closing date for applications for selection is 15 August of a particular year.
